What are your delivery times and zones?

I deliver on local rounds in the following zones: Zone 1 — Sommières & Sud-Gard , les mardis, mercredis, jeudis, vendredis et samedis. Fee : €9.00 . Zone 2 — Nord de Montpellier , les mardis, mercredis, jeudis, vendredis et samedis. Fee : €15.00 . Zone 2 — Montpellier , les mardis, jeudis et samedis. Fee : €15.00 . Zone 3 — Nîmes, Lunel & littoral , les mardis, mercredis, jeudis, vendredis et samedis. Fee : €20.00 . Minimum order €40.00, excluding delivery fees. Bouquets are arranged on the morning of the delivery day. Beyond these zones, I travel on quote for weddings and events.

How are the bouquets prepared?

Each bouquet is arranged by hand on the morning of delivery, from flowers selected the day before or that same morning at the markets and from local growers. The photos on the site are indicative: available flowers vary by season, and I may substitute some varieties with equivalents of similar colour and quality.

Can I personalise my bouquet?

Yes! When ordering, you can: • Add a message on a card included with the bouquet. • Note preferences in the delivery instructions (desired flowers, colours, allergies…). For a truly bespoke bouquet or an event project, use my quote form .

Question 4

How does payment work?

Accepted Answer

In the current version (V1), payment is made on delivery of the bouquet , in cash or by cheque payable to “ROZFLEURS”. No advance payment is required. Online card payment will be available soon.

Question 5

What happens if I'm not there for the delivery?

Accepted Answer

The courier will leave a delivery notice. For the local zone, I'll arrange a new attempt as soon as possible. You can also give a neighbour or an access code in the delivery instructions when ordering.

Question 6

Can I cancel or change my order?

Accepted Answer

As required by law, the right of withdrawal does not apply to fresh flowers (perishable goods, article L.221-28 of the French Consumer Code). Any confirmed order is therefore firm. If you made an address error or wish to change the message, contact me quickly by email: I'll do my best if the order hasn't been prepared yet.

Question 7

What should I do if my bouquet arrives damaged?

In the event of a clear quality issue on arrival, contact me within 24h with photos to contact@rozfleurs.fr . I'll offer a suitable solution (credit note, replacement) depending on the case.

Do you deliver for urgent funerals?

Accepted Answer

Yes. For funerals with a ceremony within 24h, I handle your order as a priority. Write to me at contact@rozfleurs.fr with URGENT in the subject, or see my page dedicated to funeral flowers .

Question 9

Do you offer decorations for weddings and events?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Weddings, birthdays, corporate events… I create the floral world suited to your project. Fill in my event quote form and I'll reply within 48h.

How can I track my order?

You'll receive a confirmation email as soon as your order is confirmed. If you created an account on the site, you can find the details and status of your orders in your customer area .
