Your town isn't listed?
Get in touch and I'll check whether delivery is possible.
Outside these zones?
For a wedding, an event or a window display, I travel beyond my usual rounds. Tell me your project and your location: I'll draw up a quote.
Practical information
Not there for the delivery?
Give a neighbour, a caretaker or an access note in the delivery instructions when ordering. If you're away with no instructions, I'll contact you to arrange a new attempt.
Freshness guaranteed
All my bouquets are arranged on the very morning of delivery. If you receive flowers in poor condition, contact me within 24h with a photo and I'll find a solution.
Urgent delivery (funerals)
For funeral arrangements, I handle your order as a priority. Write to me directly if the ceremony is at short notice: I'll see with you what's possible outside the round days.
Delays
ROZFLEURS cannot be held responsible for delays caused by external events (extreme weather, strikes, force majeure).
